Applied Computing Program is an accelerated academic program offered by AITREC Online Campus, the program provides practical training in the theories and applications of computer science. This program is designed for students who want to add computer science proficiencies to their skill set without having to devote two years or more of full-time study to completing transitional degree programs.

Students in a typical computer science masterclass program are only required to take the following cluster of courses six courses: Programing Concepts,  Software Engineering, Cloud Computing and Virtualization, Database Design and Administration, Emerging Trends in Computing

Upon completing, students will be able to apply computer science  principles and formal computing models to solve problems in Computing; develop, maintain and implement information systems; and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about computing  issues.

Hands-on Labs

This certificate program includes hands-on labs for each unit. You’ll need to successfully finish the labs for each unit before you proceed to the next unit.

Duration – 4 Months

Online  Learning – Learning takes place at all different times for students enrolled in a course. It does not require consistent real-time interactions with an instructor.

Virtual Office Hours

You can make an appointment with your instructor and then meet virtually in the space to ask questions about the course and receive guidance on assignments.

Earn a Certificate

When you finish the program and complete the hands-on labs for each unit, you’ll earn a certificate that you can share with prospective employers and your professional network.
